Ainsley House Quilt Show

My next column in the Campbell Express will be about the "Piece by Piece" quilt show at the Ainsley House in Downtown Campbell. The story is online but the photos in it are black and white and I thought pictures of quilts need to be seen in color so I added just a few photos here for your enjoyment. I'll be adding the link to the story (to this post) as soon as it's published!

These are some of the quilts in the exhibit. The exhibition includes quilts from the museum's private collection and additional pieces from the Slightly Batty Quilting Group and local Campbell community members who generously loaned quilts (they own or made) to the exhibit.

I've purposely left the images on the small side so that you'll go in person and see the quilts up close. After the show concludes I can switch out these images for larger ones so if you don't live in Northern California and you won't be visiting by June 26th, just post a comment below and I'll change them on June 27th for you :)

I did leave this one as a close up for my friend Judy who loves sunflowers.

To visit the "Piece by Piece" exhibit you need to head on over to the Ainsley House. It looks like this. Can you see the small sign in front of the house just to the right of the door?

It says to go to your right around the side of the house to purchase a ticket and receive a guided tour.

This is where you can purchase your tickets. The entrance is easy to spot if you look on the left side of the building.

Here are all of the details to see the show:
