Amador Valley High School Bone Marrow Drive in Pleasanton, CA

Tomorrow there is a very important bone marrow drive being held in Pleasanton to Help Janet Liang find the marrow match she needs. The clock is ticking and she is running out of time to receive the transplant that could save her life. If you've been thinking you want to join the marrow registry please do. If you don't live in Pleasanton but live in the U.S. order a kit online from Be The Match. Janet's doctors have said that if a match isn't found, and she doesn't receive her transplant by April of this year, it will be too late.

The drive is being held at:

Amador Valley High School, Main Office
Sunday, Feb 19, 2012
9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
1155 Santa Rita Road
Pleasanton, CA 94566 - View Map

ABC 7 News is going to be there because Janet needs more publicity. In fact, if you can share this post with anyone you know who lives in the Tri-Valley area of Northern California I'd really appreciate it.

International Donors:

If you live in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Canada, Australia or any of the other 25 countries that make up the Cooperative International Registry, you can help Janet if you're her match. CLICK HERE to learn if there is a Cooperative Registry in the city you live in. If you are her match your stem cells or marrow can be flown to Janet in California. The only way to find out is to join your local registry.
