Last year we raised $2400 for No Kid Hungry Share Our Strength, a national organization whose goal is to help end hunger across America.

Omnivore Books, is a specialty book shop offering both new and vintage/antique cook books. I've blogged about it twice in the past HERE and HERE.
And if you're a Top Chef fan,*Fabio Viviana from Top Chef* will be at Omnivore Books from 3:00-4:00 PM with a book signing for his new cookbook: Fabio's Italian Kitchen! (As if home made treats from local bakers/bloggers wasn’t enticing enough!) I met Fabio at a Top Chef cooking demo along with Chef Ryan Scott a couple of years ago and can report that he is charming and fun.

Unfortunately I was only able to volunteer to bake this year but couldn't help work the sale so you won't see me there. You will see a lot of fun bakers, yummy treats and Fabio from 3:00-4:00 PM! I hope you can make it. It's for a great cause.
