I was just watching the TODAY show when our local NC11 news updated and guess what? There was our donor drive on this morning's tv news. Woo Hoo! I had to take a picture of the screen to share with everyone I was so excited about it :)

Since May of 2018 it is also where I'm posting all updates about the diagnosis that I have bilateral (both sides), inoperable, deep thalamic and mid-brain brain tumors. This is not a confirmed diagnosis as no biopsy can/will be taken but two MRI's, neuro-oncologists, and a neurosurgeon have all referred to them as gliomas, which are a type of tumor. An additional test in August confirmed a slightly elevated choline level which also indicates tumors.

I decided rather than update via social media sites I would post here on this blog to make it easier for anyone interested to follow along. As I pursue macrobiotics to help reverse them and improve my overall health and outlook.
