Fresh Brillat-Savarin Truffle Cheese
I love brie! A special treat... Brillat Savarin (a triple cream brie) with Truffles made in house at the Whole Foods Cheese Department in Cupertino, California.
Even cold out of the fridge it has the consistency of melted cheese. So creamy. So good. Very expensive. It's $30 a pound. That little chunk was $6 and worth every penny! With a loaf of Acme French Bread... Sometimes I'm so easy to please.
Photographed with my Canon T1i camera. Finally starting to really learn how to use it. So far, so good.
