... How do you make a pile of shrimp look elegant?
Our Director of Catering, Lea Mcintosh, suggested ice bowls. Not one, but two of them. And to top it off they were lit up from the inside so they were clear, and cool and glowy all at the same time. Here is one of our two shrimp bowls. The obvious benefit is that they kept the shrimp cold. The bowls themselves weren't that expensive, relative to the price of the shrimp that is. And it looked sooooooo cool!
