Citizen Cake Follow-up



LOL I was visiting my friend Armando's blog the other day when I spotted this post. My friends know some cool people!

And here are a few more pictures from my first trip to Citizen Cake. (ETA: Citizen Cake closed in Dec. 2011)

It amazes me how you stay so slim yet you are such a connoisseur of fine desserts!

Hi PhotoGirl,

Well I try to walk my dog each day. Mon-Fri that's 1.5 miles each weekday. Weekends it's 3 miles per day and twice a week I walk an additional 6 miles with a walking workout friend. So for an average week I try to walk 26 miles.

In between I do little things like when I go to the store I park far away from the front door to walk more and return the cart when I'm done, take stairs instead of elevators, that kind of stuff.

I also do everything the old fashioned way when it comes to house cleaning, scrubbing the kitchen floor on hands and knees, sweeping, etc.

It all adds up.

And now I do a wii fit work out for 30 minutes a day.

Plus when I'm not eating dessert I probably eat healthier the average bear using a combination of macrobiotics and Superfoods RX.

That's how I can get away with my dessert addiction :D
