A sneak peek at the new website.
Letterpress specialists, Hello Lucky (is that the cutest name for a business?) has made some major changes for 2009. First is their new design studio location on Howard @ 6th, South of Market. Second, they now offer letterpress "styled" invitations bringing their clients great looking invites at a more affordable price. And to round things off they also have a new website!
Upon my arrival I grabbed this shot of the storefront from the sidewalk.
And great news! Today I have a guest photographer who shared her photos with us so that I could spend more time socializing at the party and less time with my camera in my hand :) A big THANK YOU to Natalie Wi of Allure West Studios. You'll see her photo credit on most of the photos on in this post.
Party Time!
And a sincere thank you and congratulations to owners Eunice and Sabrina Moyle who, with the talents of Events by Morgan, went all out to celebrate the launch of their new digs!
That's Sabrina on the left and Eunice on the right. I have to say they are both remarkably sweet with the most effervescent personalities. They're the kind of people that just being around and watching them talk makes you feel more light hearted and happier.
The Crowd
The food, by Andronico's, was phenomenal!
And brace yourselves. After all these years I FINALLY FOUND A MUSHROOM I LIKE! These tasty porcini hors d'oeuvres were delish!
One club soda with lime please!
The flowers were gorgeous and were by Sharla Flock Designs. I hadn't seen Sharla for years so being there and seeing both her and her work was a real treat.
The letterpress machines were not only on display... The fab staff, James Tucker here, gave demonstrations throughout the evening for those who wanted to see how they work.
This dress MADE OF INVITATIONS AND PAPER was a jaw dropper! SO CUTE! It was François Vigneault who made this whimsical and imaginative creation.
So if you're looking for high quality, classy invites and stationary go check out Hello Lucky! Their design studios can be found in San Francisco and London.... And their products can be found in hundreds of retail locations including: Anthropologie, Kate’s Paperie, and Liberty of London
