Vendor Chic. VC is a video showcase created by
Studio MSV videographer Andrew Hsu where he invites his wedding industry colleagues to participate in a video collaboration. His process begins by choosing a Bay Area wedding coordinator or event designer. The two of them then create a hand picked team to produce a video short that features the talents of all.

When she was his guest event designer, Lea McIntosh decided the Tahitian themed surprise proposal she wanted to create should have a strand of Tahitian pearls somehow integrated onto the cake she and Gabby of Cake Coquette had designed. Her first thought was to camouflage a real strand of pearls amongst faux sugar pearls on the outside of the cake...

Then it hit me... A very flirty idea of how to integrate the three elements: The pearl necklace, the cake and the cake topper all together into a super fun surprise!

Great post! :) I want a piece of cake... Cupcakes are in our future... yummy. I'll settle for cupcakes until I can get Gabby to do a tasting with me. LOL.
