An impressive and delicious DIY antipasto appetizer

Check it out. Over on The Flirty Guide avid foodie, Wedding DJ and MC Carl Mindling shows you how to make this bright and colorful antipasto just in time for Superbowl Sunday! It's also great during the summertime or anytime for that matter.


You can make it with or without meat, simple or gourmet. 


Use the ingredients Carl suggests or switch them out and add your own favorite bites.


It's so easy. Just cut the big things into bite sized pieces and add the little things. . .


Add homemade or bottled salad dressing. . .


Dust with freshly grated parmesan cheese, toss, chill, plate and serve.
