Photo Tip: Take a second look from a new perspective

There it was. A big, beautiful oak tree in a parking lot. I took a picture of it. Then, just to see what it would look like photographed from the other side I walked around and took a photo of the same tree from "behind" now backlit from the setting sun.

WOW!

The image was dramatic and (imo) much more striking than the original shot with the tree facing the sun. Each picture could serve a different purpose but I wanted to share the tip with you that taking a second look by simply walking around to the other side of an object can yield a dramatically different result.
